MXDialed is a web app that suggests motocross and off-road setup changes — jetting, sag, clickers, gearing, service intervals — based on the information you enter and live air data. It's provided as-is, and it may change or go offline at any time.
The core of the app is free and stays free: symptom-based fixes (FIX IT), jetting math, sag and spring-rate guidance, gearing, tire pressure, service intervals, live air and density altitude, one saved bike, three saved setups, and the share card. MXDialed Pro is an optional paid tier covering three bikes, an unlimited setup book, track memory, and the printable setup sheet.
MXDialed Pro costs $19.99 per year. It is a subscription that renews automatically every year at $19.99 until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.
If you're not happy with Pro, email sales@mxdialed.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full — first purchase or renewal, no questions. After 14 days, charges for the current term are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop the next one. Nothing in this paragraph limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the law where you live.
Riders who were using MXDialed before Pro launched get their first year of Pro free. There's no card on file and no subscription attached to it — nothing to cancel, and you won't be charged when it ends. The app will ask once, and you keep every bike and saved setup either way.
The suggestions are informational starting points, based on general tuning relationships and the conditions you give it. They are not professional advice and not a promise of any result. Bikes, parts, wear, altitude, and riding style vary, and the app can't see your actual machine.
Riding, wrenching on, and tuning a motorcycle carry real risk of injury, death, and property or engine damage. Incorrect settings — including ones that follow a suggestion here — can cause mechanical failure or a crash. You use MXDialed and act on its output entirely at your own risk, and you're responsible for verifying every change on your own bike and confirming it's safe to ride.
MXDialed is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We don't warrant that any suggestion is correct or safe for your specific setup.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MXDialed and its maker are not liable for any injury, death, or damage to your bike, property, or wallet — or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output.
Use the app for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or misuse it, and don't rely on it as your only source of truth for anything safety-critical.
MXDialed is operated by Proxy Software Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Pro subscriptions are billed by Proxy Software Group LLC through Stripe, and that is the name that appears on your card statement — it will read PROXY SOFTWARE GROUP, not MXDialed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Titus County, Texas. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place you live — including automatic-renewal and cancellation rights, which apply based on your location regardless of this clause.
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms. For changes that affect what you pay or how Pro renews, we'll tell you before the next charge. Questions? sales@mxdialed.com.
