Everything you enter — your bikes, jetting numbers, suspension setups, and hours — is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never uploaded to us. Clear your browser data and it's gone; we have no copy. Because there are no accounts, that data does not move between your devices.
To calculate live density altitude, the app sends a location (a place you search for, or your device location if you allow it) to Open-Meteo, a free weather service, to fetch current conditions. We don't log or keep those requests. See Open-Meteo's own privacy terms for how they handle them.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages get used. It is privacy-first: no cookies, no client-side state, no cross-site tracking, and no fingerprinting. It records aggregate, anonymous usage only — it cannot identify you.
If you email us (for example through the feedback link), we receive whatever you send and use it only to read and reply. We don't add you to any list.
MXDialed Pro is handled entirely by Stripe. You enter your card on Stripe's own checkout page, not ours — MXDialed never receives, sees, or stores your card number. Stripe holds the subscription and the email address you paid with, under their privacy policy.
So that an annual subscription can actually end, the app checks whether yours is still live. That check sends one of three things to our licence function, which passes it to Stripe and returns only whether the subscription is active and when it runs out: the checkout id Stripe hands back after payment, the subscription id, or — if you're restoring Pro on a second phone — the email address you type in. We don't log those requests or build a profile from them, and the answer is cached in your own browser.
Riders who never subscribe never touch any of this. The free app makes no such request.
MXDialed is a tool for riders and the people who wrench for them. It isn't directed at children, and it doesn't knowingly collect information from them — there's no account system and no personal data to collect.
