What's the bike doing?

Pick what it does wrong on track. You get the changes in the order a tuner would actually try them β€” not a list of everything that could theoretically be wrong.

The rule that matters

One change at a time, then ride it. Two clicks minimum or you won't feel it. Three clicks is a real change. If you turn four knobs in one session you have learned nothing, and you'll spend the next month trying to find your way back to a setting that was fine.

Track air

Pick a track and pull the air. Free, real observations β€” no key, no AI.

Engine

Your known-good baseline

The settings your bike ran perfectly on β€” and the air it ran them in. Everything else is measured against this.

What to run today

Pull the air, then fill in your baseline.

Plug & piston check

After a hard 3rd-gear pull, kill it and coast to a stop. Tan-to-light-brown plug = right. Chalky white or blistered = lean, stop riding. Wet black and fouling = rich. On a 2-stroke, lean is what melts pistons β€” when you're unsure, stay one size fat.

What the air is doing to your 4-stroke

Pull the air first.

Straight talk on EFI

Your ECU reads air pressure and intake temperature and already trims fuel for density β€” you are not going to fix thin air with a fuel map. What density altitude actually changes for you is how much power is on the table, and therefore gearing, map aggression, and how the bike will hook up. Fuel/ignition maps are for changing the bike's character β€” smoother off the bottom in slick conditions, harder hit when there's traction.

Sag

Measure rear axle to a fixed mark on the fender, same spot every time. Millimeters.

Spring rate

Clickers

Clicks counted out from full stiff. Change one thing at a time, two clicks minimum, or you're guessing.

Save this setup

Setup book

Nothing saved yet. Every setup you save records the track, the air, and the clickers together β€” that's the notebook nobody actually keeps.

Starting point for today's dirt

Pick a condition above.

Sprockets

Which way to go

Shorter (bigger rear or smaller front) β€” tight supercross-style tracks, sand, deep ruts, short straights, or thin mountain air where you've lost power. Snappier drive, more revs, lower top speed.

Taller (smaller rear or bigger front) β€” fast national-style tracks, long sweeping straights, hardpack. Calmer, less shifting, less wheelspin off the gate.

One tooth on the front β‰ˆ three to four on the rear. Countershaft changes are the blunt instrument; use the rear to fine tune.

Tire pressure

Hour meter

Race-pace intervals. Trail and play riding stretches them; sand, mud, and a screaming 250F shorten them.

Battery

The battery is your top end now. Count full-charge equivalents, and log range every few weeks β€” a slow slide in range is how packs tell you they're aging before they strand you.

The card is for sharing. The setup sheet is the one you hand your tuner or tape in the toolbox β€” every number on the bike, on one page.

Garage

Rename a bike, retire one, or check what's due. Hours, service history, jetting, and suspension are tracked per bike β€” nothing is shared between them.

Set up your bike

Pick it and MXDialed configures the right engine mode, service schedule, and tabs for you. All of it is editable later.

Weight is what spring-rate and sag advice are built on. Kids change fast β€” update it each season.

MXDialed Pro

Everything that tells you what to change stays free, forever. Pro is for riders keeping more than one bike honest across a season.

$19.99 / year
βœ“
Three bikes instead of one. A rider and a spare, or a parent running two kids' bikes β€” each with its own hours, service history, and setups.
βœ“
An unlimited setup book. Free holds 3 saved setups. A season is thirty-odd motos, and the one you want back is never one of the last three.
βœ“
Track memory. Pick a track you've ridden and the app pulls up the setup that actually worked there β€” and tells you how today's air differs from that day.
βœ“
The printable setup sheet. Every number on the bike on one page, for your tuner, the toolbox, or the start of next season.

FIX IT, jetting, sag, spring rate, gearing, service intervals, live air, and the share card are free and are staying free.

Payment is handled by Stripe. MXDialed never sees your card.

Cancel or update your card any time β€” the link is in every Stripe receipt, and cancelling leaves Pro running until the end of the year you've paid for.
